For the time being, the Eternal Collection costs $39.99, but it'll jump back up to $59.99 before long. If you have not taken the plunge with the Necromancer Pack but want to try the class, you can via the new Challenge Rifts that launched with patch 2.6.0. Keep in mind, too, that Blizzard has launched the digital-only Diablo 3: Eternal Collection on PS3 and Xbox One, which is a bundle of all the Diablo 3 content released thus far. As I have the Necromancer pack I didn’t actually think of this but Blizzard posted a reminder that anyone can take the Diablo 3 Necromancer for a spin without owning the DLC. Rise of the Necromancer is launching across Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC at the same time, so all versions will be up to date with the latest content. These items include things like cosmetic wings, banner features, a pair of additional character slots, a non-combat pet, and if you're playing on PC, two additional tabs for your stash. The meat and potatoes of this DLC pack is the Necromancer character itself, but you'll get a few more items to use in game as well. Rise of the Necromancer will set you back $14.99 regardless of the platform you buy it on. The DLC went live with Diablo 3 version 2.6.0, which was patched into the game just a little while ago. Anticipation for this DLC has been building for months, as it adds the much-loved Necromancer class from Diablo 2. After announcing the release date just last week, Blizzard has launched Diablo 3's Rise of the Necromancer DLC.
